These mouth watering truffles taste sooooo good, I’m not gonna lie. I was needing energy, plus I had a strong craving for peanut butter and chocolate.

I’m very particular on what I eat as I love to nourish my body. I love creating food and this was the recipe I created. I just know you are going to love it. And yes it gave me energy for the day.

I used our Premium Chaga Mushroom powder in these truffles.

In a bowl mix

- 2 cups organic unsweetened pure peanut butter

- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

- 2 tsp of our Chaga Triple threat mushroom powder

- 1 tsp cinnamon powder

- 8 tbsp organic pure maple syrup or 1 tsp stevia extract (add more or less until you rich your desired taste)

- 1/4 cup organic almond flour

( if mixture is to sticky to roll into balls add more almond flour)

Mix everything together well and thoroughly.

Take 1 tbsp of mixture at a time and roll into balls. Place balls on a cookie sheet with parchment paper on it. Place balls in freezer.

Place 1-2 cups or organic chocolate cacao chips (can use unsweetened if desired) in a pot on the stove over low heat. Heat the cacao chips slowly and mix constantly to avoid burning the chips. Once melted grab the balls from freezer.

One truffle at a time dip and roll in chocolate mixture until fully covered. I use a metal soup spoon to roll and covered the balls with chocolate. Place balls back on cookie sheet and sprinkle lightly with Himalayan salt. Then place back into the freezer for 5-10 minutes. ENJOY
