Earl Grey tea is favoured by many throughout the Western world. Now a days the popularity and awareness of the benefits of fungi has become a major high light to incorporate into daily lives. So, we finally blended this for all our mushroom lovers. Chaga Earl Grey Tea!
A true Earl Grey tea consists of a fine black tea scented with the unique fragrance of pure oil of bergamot. We have sourced an organic, cold pressed, high-quality Bergamot essential to use in this blend.
The citrus flavour from the bergamot, combined with the slight hint of vanilla from Chaga leaves this tea with a lovely depth of flavour, smooth, yet bold.
London Fog:
- Steep 1 tbsp Chaga Earl Grey for 2-4 minutes in 1/2 cup of hot water, strain and put aside
- Add 1 1/2 cups of steamed or cold milk into a mug, add 3 drops vanilla monk fruit sweetener, or 1 tbsp pure maple syrup, or a sweetener of your choice
- Pour steep tea mix onto the top the milk
- If you used cold milk add some ice cubes
- Mix and enjoy
