Red Rooibos Tea
A pleasant tasting tea that is nourishing, naturally sweet and caffeine-free. 
 
This plant is a shrub native to Southern Africa and now is a widely cultivated commercial crop. The young leaves are used on this plant to make tea. Rooibos was first used as an appetizing tea by the Khoisan people, but was also used for a sleep aid and for headaches.
