Strawberry Pink Lemonade

Bring 2 liters of water to a boil for 2 minutes then turn off. Add 1/2 cup of herbal tea mix and let steep for 30- 45 minutes with the lid on the pot. Strain, then add 1 cup of pure lemon juice concentrate. Whisk in 1 tsp of monk fruit extract powder until dissolved or use your own sweetener of choice. Fill a 1.5 gallon jug half full with cold water, then pour the tea mixture in, then add 2-3 cups of frozen strawberries. Fill the remaining jug with water, then let set 20 minutes to finish infusing. Enjoy
