We guarantee our products for 30 days on all new first time orders. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your first order, please email info@chagamuga.org with your name and order number and we’ll make it right. Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs as well as $1/unit warehouse restocking fee.

MINIMUM ORDER:
The minimum wholesale order amount for orders to process is $250.

BREWS & CONCENTRATES:
When purchasing brews there is a minimum purchase of one case (12 units/jars) in order for your order to process. For concentrates it is a minimum of six (6 units/jars).

FREE DELIVERY SERVICE:
Save On Shipping & Freight! We offer free delivery service to all our wholesale customers within our area or on our delivery route. If you would like to save on shipping or freight, we will gladly deliver to you if possible. We will notify you when the next delivery service is scheduled for your area and get your order on the delivery list if you request.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Chaga Muga accepts cash, cheque, e-transfers, or direct deposit on wholesale orders.

SAMPLES:
We offer up to 2 free samples. Leave a comment in the note section for which two samples you would like to try. Note: Can not order duplicates of same product for sample.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:
We fulfill from Kitimat, BC Canada and we ship across Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 7 business days following payment. Larger orders may take up to 7 -14 business days to process and ship. Please keep in mind that carriers have suspended delivery date guarantees during Covid-19.

If your order is a pre-order, please note your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is in stock. We do not offer partial shipments.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

We will do our best to catch it. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed and fulfilled we wont be able to cancel it.

DAMAGED, MISSING PRODUCTS, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN SHIPMENT:
Customers are responsible for checking the condition of their products at the time of the delivery. Please contact Chaga Muga Super Food Teas Ltd head office within 3 business days of delivery to obtain a credit/replacement authorization. Kindly indicate whether you prefer to receive replacement products or a store credit. We will arrange return on incorrect products received in shipment. Chaga Muga Super Food Teas Ltd reserves the right to inspect the shipment and determine the condition of the merchandise in question. For this reason, please keep the products and the original box in which the order was shipped until the credit has been issued.

ACCOUNT & TERMS:
Chaga Muga reserves the right to cancel a wholesale account at any time and to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to those of ours. Chaga Muga does not offer exclusivity. Please note: partners are not allowed to re-sell Chaga Muga products on Amazon.ca or Amazon.com. Chaga Muga reserves the right to change pricing at any time, without notice.
